PSO2 New Genesis Windows 11 version is in the final stage of testing
Sega announced that the development of Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis for Windows 11 is currently in the final stages of testing. Microsoft plans to release Windows 11 on October 5, 2021. Similarly, Sega also announced that PSO2 NGS Meseta the NGS Headline live broadcast will take place on the same day. Once the PSO2 New Genesis patch is released, players will officially be able to play games on Windows 11.
At the same time, Sega urges players not to upgrade their operating system until the final test is complete. In this regard, Sega said it will release an update to let players know when it has completed the Windows 11 operation check. Information about this update may appear on the NGS Headline live broadcast, and a trailer for the new region will be released in December.
Earlier this month, the PSO2 New Genesis team opposed hatred and discriminatory language in the community and penalized approximately 1,600 accounts for inappropriate behavior. The game’s number of players has dropped significantly recently, even though it once had 9 million registered users worldwide. This is after some instability occurred at the beginning of the game, starting from the extended pre-release maintenance period, and then there was an error that prevented players from opening the game.
Sega will continue to let players understand the PSO2 New Genesis Windows 11 version.
